Meet Keith Fuicelli

KeithKeith Fuicelli partnered with John Lee to form Fuicelli & Lee, P.C. after experiencing first hand the lack of personal attention large law firms provide their clients. In too many cases, this lack of attention leads to mediocre results.

Fuicelli & Lee’s mission is straightforward: provide the highest level of legal representation and personal service for every client, every time.

Before forming Fuicelli & Lee, P.C., Keith worked as an attorney with one of the largest personal injury firms and one of the largest insurance defense firms in Colorado. Prior to that, he worked as a District Attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado for the prestigious Crimes Against Children Unit.

Keith has litigated a wide range of criminal and civil matters. He has conducted more than seventy five trials, argued before the Court of Appeals, and conducted numerous evidentiary hearings. This extensive trial experience is a true asset.

Mr. Fuicelli also brings a unique perspective to handling personal injury matters. In May of 2007 he was hit by a car while jogging and spent nearly two months in the hospital. When asked how the experience has affected him, Keith states:

I suppose some of the more valuable lessons I learned from my ordeal help me relate and empathize with clients. Most people do not understand how vulnerable and terrifying it is going through a serious accident. Unless you have been through it, it is very difficult to comprehend the worry, self-doubt, and frustration that accompany serious injury. I think many people take for granted the ability to work and earn a living for their family until it is taken away. In my case, I was a hair away from not being able to do the job I truly love.

Five Truths The Jury Won't Hear At Trial

We list them here to provide a better basis to predict what a jury is likely to do with your case should it proceed to trial.

  • The Defendant HAS Insurance.
  • The defendant's lawyers are paid by the defendant's insurance company.
  • The defendant usually has no say over whether the case settles or not.
  • The defendant's "independent" doctors are anything but.
  • The plaintiff's health insurance company must be paid back.
