An experienced criminal defense lawyer knows that every case is different and requires a unique approach based on the facts and circumstances of that particular case.

During the initial interview with a prospective client, our experienced criminal defense attorneys gather as much information as possible from the client. This includes back ground information and the details of the alleged criminal activity. Then, we will determine if further investigation is necessary and develop an investigative strategy. Shortly after this meeting, we obtain police reports from the District Attorney to ascertain the strength of the case against our client. In some case we will direct the client to various treatment avenues so as to mitigate any sentence in the event of a conviction.

Once we have all of the necessary information, our attorneys will discuss the case with you and develop a strategy to address the specific facts of the case and specific concerns a client may have. Many times this entails an aggressive strategy while other times a "wait-and-see" approach works best. Simply put, our experience allows us to be aggressive or passive depending on the specific facts of the case. No matter the strategy, you can rest assured that your best interest is our highest priority.
